Rather than orientating our course around “our” way and “our” sequences, scripts and postures, we instead orientate ourselves towards your path as an individual. This means we don’t teach you a particular style, but focus on giving you the principles and techniques for you to follow/find your own preferred style. We often have people from astanga, vinyasa, iyengar, hatha yoga backgrounds all together.
